2025 Otter Tail Power Company Energy Tour
The Science Museum of Minnesota, in partnership with the Otter Tail Power Company Foundation, is excited to announce a brand new Energy Tour for the 2025-26 school year!! Experienced Educators from the Science Museum of Minnesota will be spending five weeks in Otter Tail Power communities delivering the acclaimed Energy Connections Assembly. Thanks to the generous support of The Otter Tail Power Foundation, we are able to offer the program free for your 4th and 5th graders.
Program Details and Eligibility
Priority registration deadline: Oct. 1, 2025
1 Energy Connections Assembly per school for up to 250 4th and 5th graders. Small schools could include 3rd or 6th grade as well as long as the total number stays below 250.
This opportunity is available to schools in the Otter Tail Power Company Service Area.
Energy Tour availability will begin October 2025 and continue throughout mid-November. The expected weeks for the tour destinations will be as follows:
October 21-24: North Dakota
October 28-31: North Dakota and Minnesota
November 4-7: Minnesota
November 11-14: Minnesota and South Dakota
November 18-21: TBD
Dates are limited. Please register as soon as possible to have the best chance of having your school selected.
