Skirt
Waist band is natural cotton. Made up of black ground cloth that has been cross-stitch, embroidered, and embellished with stripes of colored fabric; accordian style effect is created by folding the embroidered and appliqued ground fabric back and forth and strung together to retain the accordian shape; colors: (applique fabric) pink, white, yellow; (embroidery) magenta, white, orange.
