A white blouse made from commercial cotton ground cloth and embroidered around the yoke, chest, and sleeves in orange, blue, green, fuschia, and sky blue. The blouse is pleated, tucked, and held in place by stripes of embroidered cloth. The edges of the yoke and sleeves have been cut to form points, which are also embroidered. Sky blue, orange, and pink ribbons are sewn into the neck of the blouse.
