Shirt
A warp-dominant, plain weave woman's huipil with brocade and embroidery. The warp of the huipil is made from red and white cotton threads and acrylic orange thread. Fuschia, burgundy, purple, orange, chartreuse, and green acrylic thread was used for the brocading. The central panel of the huipil has block designs on both the chest and back. The design on the chest was embroidered, while the design on the back was created with heddle controlled brocade.
