Shawl

A woman’s rectangular shawl with a gray and white checked weave across its middle section. A faint pattern of geometric designs is woven along the short ends of the shawl. The top and bottom of the shawl are bordered by a thick purple band with multicolored stripes. Glittery thread used throughout the piece. The shawl has two multicolored ties with long tassels on their ends. One large circular design of birds and flowers is embroidered around the area where each tassel connects to the shawl.
