Blue cloth with black stripes near top. A red cloth panel is attached above bottom edge and is decorated with stripes of blue and light blue beadwork and trimmed with white beadwork. Above the panel on one side is a parabola-shaped red cloth patch with white beadwork trim. A blue cloth strap and thin hide thong are attached to top of leggings. Bottom edges of legging are trimmed with red cloth. Bottom edge has hide strip wrappings around trim. Hide thong ties create slanted seam up leggings with two flaps behind seam.
