Loom

A strap from a backstrap loom, consisting of a long, rectangular section of thick leather with a loop of twisted, cloth rope attached at each end. The loops pass through holes which have been cut at each end of the leather piece. One hole is circular and the other is rectangular. The leather also has an embossed pattern pressed into one side, and there is a small amount of stitching near the embossing.
