Step beyond our exhibits and into the heart of our scientific work. 

We are the stewards of a collection of more than 2 million objects that span Earth's history. Kept in a climate-controlled storage area affectionately called The Vault, these specimens and artifacts provide data points that illustrate millennia of natural life. Take a behind-the-scenes look at some of these fantastic objects during a staff-led tour of our state-of-the-art facilities.

Each tour will explore a different facet of our extensive body of work. Seize this chance to not only see our collections and research behind the scenes, but also meet the scientists doing the work.
